Complete refurbishment of 3-storey terraced house close to High Street Kensington. Works included waterproofing basement, new mechanical & electrical systems, feature staircase with cantilevered glass treads, high spec finishes and fittings, and bespoke joinery throughout. One particular complexity on this project was installing the 14m lengths of Douglas timber floor boards which spanned the entire length of the house and were procured directly from Denmark. Access to the house was very restricted.
