Bramshott, Hampshire
Restoration and refurbishment of an 18th Century Grade II Listed Country House set in 265 acres of private land in the rural town of Bramshott, and construction of a new single storey extension to match the existing house. The works included waterproofing, timber treatment, lining the existing thirteen flues, roof repairs, lime plastering throughout, all new finishes, fixtures and fittings. Works had to be undertaken with great care in order to retain the existing historic features of this listed building, including the provision of bat boxes for the resident bats.
